Beth Freeman Bio
Elizabeth (Beth) Freeman has been passionate about providing coaching and consulting services to entrepreneurs, business owners, executives and Realtors for over 20 years. Her approach to coaching is to facilitate a process of strategic visioning and self-discovery, matched with accountability. This ongoing process helps her clients focus on the critically important activities (the 80/20 rule) that improve their businesses and their lives. In addition to holding her MBA and Ph.D. in Strategic Management and Entrepeneurship from the University of South Carolina, Beth is an accredited business coach with The Growth Coach of Cincinnati, Ohio.
Some of Beth’s accomplishments include:
- Independent business consultant and coach for numerous organizations, e.g., Ethicon Endo-Surgery, subsidiary of Johnson & Johnson, Williamson-Dickie, United Way of Denton County, Center for Nonprofit Management of Dallas, etc.
- Senior Consultant, Small Business Development Center at the University of South Carolina, coaching and consulting with entrepreneurs in all stages of the development of their companies.
- Award-winning Realtor, Branch Manager and Managing Broker for two of the largest franchise real estate companies in the nation, Century 21 Judge Fite Company in Dallas and Coldwell Banker BSSP/Bain in Portland, Oregon. Included among the many awards received by her sales teams are Century 21 Centurion office (over 400 closed transactions) for four consecutive years and the prestigious C21 President’s Award for Outstanding Customer Service and Centurion production.
- Served on the faculties of Portland State University, Texas Christian University and University of Texas at Dallas, teaching Strategic Management, Entrepreneurship and other management courses.
- Expert witness for several real estate cases in Texas and assisted several agents with their defense in real estate litigation.
- Served on numerous boards of directors for civic and nonprofit organizations. Beth currently is a member of the Portland Business Alliance, Oregon Entrepreneurship Network, Portlandia and PDXfx.
- Beth has been a guest speaker for a wide range of professional and civic organizations.
